- A reception is held by the Host State on the first evening of conference. The reception is to honor the President General and the Honorary Presidents General. It may be formal, semi-formal, dressy or somewhat casual in dress and nature. This is usually coordinated with the President General. There will be a receiving line which will also include the Honorary Presidents General, the Host State President and the Conference Chairman.
- Both the Patriotic Banquet and Honor Banquet are formal attire.
