There shall be a National Conference held each year, either in September, October, or November. The date shall be arranged by the state holding the Conference with the approval of the President General.
The spring Fellowship Breakfast shall be the official gathering of members. Members may bring guests and the heads of other hereditary organizations may be invited by the President General. This Breakfast always features an outstanding speaker on National Defense and may be held following or preceding the National Board Meeting.
In the spring of each year, a closed National Board meeting shall be held following or preceding the Fellowship Breakfast. The National Officers, State Presidents, Organizing Presidents of new State Societies, and National Chairmen present their reports at the National Executive Board meetings.
The Society participates in the Annual Award Ceremonies at the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD, the United States Coast Guard Academy at New London, CT, and the United States Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs, CO; by presenting an award to an outstanding graduating commissioned officer.
