Article X. Fees and Dues
Section 2. The national dues for the maintenance of the National Society shall be ten dollars per capita, paid by July first. Each state society through its State Treasurer shall pay into the Treasury its national dues on or before July first of each fiscal year for the following year.
The dues of a member admitted or reinstated after June first shall be credited for the succeeding fiscal year. Any member over the age of ninety years who has been in a state society for over five years shall be excused from paying national dues.
